This module equips you to design, implement, and monitor a sustainability plan that is credible, actionable, and auditable. You will map stakeholders, translate priorities into SMART objectives and actions, plan resources and timelines, embed circular‑economy and waste‑reduction measures (European Commission, n.d.; United Nations Environment Programme, n.d.), and track progress with meaningful KPIs and dashboards (Global Reporting Initiative, n.d.).
By the end, you can:
