Module Aim & Introduction

Change is at the heart of sustainable transformation. To make sustainability real, organizations and individuals must learn to adapt, collaborate, and co-create new ways of working.

This module explores how to plan, lead, and support change processes that make workplaces more sustainable and resilient.

It combines basic change management models with real examples of collaboration across sectors — a process known as transdisciplinarity.

Learners will discover how small actions, teamwork, and continuous improvement can make big differences in the transition towards a green and digital economy.
